Register your adapters to receive technical update information, simpler warranty support, and to access your extended warranty if eligible.

  1. Get notified of important firmware updates and other product notices.
  2. Maintain a list with Audinate of all your adapters and their serial numbers for future reference.
  3. Simplify warranty claims by registering serial numbers.
  4. Access your extended warranty (for AVIO adaptors purchased after 15 April 2022)

Note: This form is for new, end-user product registration only. Whilst it DOES NOT initiate warranty support, eligible customers must register within 12 months of purchase to access the extended warranty.
