  • VIA-2632: PC monitor line out audio stops when the monitor enters power save mode / sleep.
  • VIA-2633: Windows Settings appear as a Local Application in Audio Destinations.
Known Issues:
  • VIA-2354: Duplicate application names can cause duplicate channels on the Dante network.
  • VIA-2641: Subscriptions between Dante Via devices may not automatically recover after rebooting DDM. Workaround: Resubscribe the affected channels.
  • VIA-2642: Enrolled Via starts up unenrolled if restarted with DDM offline. Workaround: Stop and restart Dante Via.
  • VIA-2639: When enrolled in a domain, Dante Via might not display the correct domain manager hostname if it has changed.
  • VIA-2612: When two (or more) network interfaces are available on the computer, Dante Via may still appear on the network that is not currently selected.
  • VIA-2592: Muting a local application that is currently hidden in the Dante Via UI may not work.

  • VIA-2647: On Windows, network interface names that include non-ASCII characters (for example, multi-byte Chinese, Korean or Japanese characters) and network interface names that include spaces can cause routing failures in Dante Via, with the message "transmitter setup failed". Workaround: Rename network interfaces on all PCs in the signal chain so that they include only ASCII characters and no spaces. Then reboot the PCs and re-establish the audio routes in Dante Via.
