Position Summary

The Inside Sales Manager – OEM Accounts, EMEA will be expected to quickly become an expert in Audinate’s Dante networking technology in order to grow revenues from within our existing OEM account base as well as close new OEM customers. This role is essential for Audinate to capitalize on its unique technology to reinforce its position of market leadership. Audinate is the fastest growing media networking solution in the market.

Functional Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Achieve all sales targets for the product lines
  • Cross sell additional OEM products into existing OEM accounts
  • Prospect and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Review, respond to, and qualify customers submitting incoming requests for Audinate solutions
  • Manage and maintain all pipeline and sales related activity within Salesforce.com
  • Obtain regular forecasts from OEM customers and provide timely input into Audinate’s forecast process
  • Help OEM customers get their products to market quickly
  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise on Audinate's technology, products and their applications and use it to establish technical credibility with OEM customers
  • Conduct webinars and face to face presentations to targeted audiences. Represent the product to customers and end-users at events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars as needed
  • Partner with internal Audinate team to provide customer and prospect interests and feedback

Personal Specification

Essential Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical sales environment.
  • Experience in professional audio, conferencing and/or video industry
  • University graduate preferred
  • Fluency in English required; fluency in another European language desired
  • Understanding of IP networking technology
  • Knowledge of professional audio and video systems and products.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM system
